LiveStreamRecorder provides a cloud-based platform that enables content creators to automatically record, archive, and store their live streams from platforms such as TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, AfreecaTV, and Pandalive.

By handling the recording and storage remotely on our servers, users benefit from enhanced convenience and reduced reliance on personal hardware — without needing to install software or leave their devices running.

LiveStreamRecorder is a technical service provider. We do not host, own, or control the content of third-party streaming platforms.

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us or record through our Service. We will never claim ownership of your content.

By using our Service to record, upload, or otherwise transmit content, you grant LiveStreamRecorder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, host, store, display, distribute, and make available your content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

This license continues until you delete your content or account. However, content that has been shared, downloaded, or cached by other users may remain available.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you record through our Service, and that you have the authority to grant this license.

By using LiveStreamRecorder, you understand and agree that recordings made through our Service may be publicly visible to other users on the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you record and make available. If you do not wish your recordings to be public, you may adjust your privacy settings where available or refrain from using the Service.

You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us or using the available controls in your account settings.

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Recording, reproducing, or redistributing live stream content without the creator's consent may constitute copyright infringement and could expose you to legal liability. LiveStreamRecorder is a technical tool only — you bear full legal responsibility for how you use it.

You agree not to use LiveStreamRecorder to record content that you do not own or have explicit authorization to record. If you add a creator to your account, you represent that you are the creator or have obtained their consent.

Any misuse may result in termination of your account and potential legal action from rights holders. LiveStreamRecorder assumes no liability for unauthorized recordings made by users.

LiveStreamRecorder reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content alleged to be infringing and may terminate repeat infringers' access to the Service.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with these third-party terms. LiveStreamRecorder is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including content removal, API changes, or account restrictions.

Changes or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms may affect the availability or functionality of our services. LiveStreamRecorder is not responsible for any disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

LiveStreamRecorder offers both free and premium access tiers with different features and limitations.

Free users have access to basic features with usage limits. Premium subscribers enjoy access to all features including AI tools, extended storage, and priority support.

Anonymous visitors may view a limited number of recordings before being required to create an account. Registered free users may have additional viewing limitations based on their account activity.

We reserve the right to modify tier benefits, features, and limitations at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to existing users.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to resolve payment issues.

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked immediately, and any data stored on our servers may be permanently deleted.

This platform is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

LiveStreamRecorder is not liable for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiveStreamRecorder and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or any unauthorized recordings you make using the Service.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
