It grew a week at a time

There was never a launch. The first version handled one platform and could not play anything back. Everything since — twenty-six platforms, fourteen languages, clips, the editor, search, AI Studio, statistics — arrived the same way: someone asked for it, and it turned up the following week. That is still how it works.
