Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next charge — it does not end your current period, so access continues until the paid period runs out. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds

If you subscribe and quickly find the service isn't what you expected, tell us — we'll refund you. We would rather you left with your money and a decent impression of us than keep a payment you feel you shouldn't have made. What we don't refund is unused subscription time. If you've had the service for most of the period and then cancel, it has done its job — your access simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. Charges made in error — billed twice, or billed after cancelling — are always corrected.

Charges made in error

Where a charge was made in error, it is returned to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Consumers in the EU and EEA have a statutory right of withdrawal on distance contracts, and where that right applies it takes precedence over this policy. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
