When you create an account, we store:
• Email address — to let you log in and recover your account
• Username — to identify your account
• Last login date — for basic account management
• Streamers you follow — to show you content from streamers you are interested in
That is it. Nothing else.
Under the GDPR, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
• Contract — Processing is necessary to provide you with our services
• Consent — You have given consent for specific purposes (e.g., marketing emails)
• Legitimate Interest — To improve our services and prevent fraud
For paid subscriptions, we use Freemius as our payment processor and merchant of record. Freemius collects and processes your payment information directly. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how our site is used. This helps us improve the experience.
What Umami does NOT collect:
• No personal information
• No cross-site tracking
What we do collect:
• Page views
• Referrer (where you came from)
• Browser and device type
• Country (not precise location)
All data is anonymized and stored on our own servers in Europe.
To enforce viewing limits, we track the first 5 recordings viewed by public visitors (not logged in) and basic users (logged in with a free account). After reaching this limit, access is restricted and no further tracking occurs.
For public visitors, we use an anonymous device fingerprint stored in a cookie. For basic users viewing content from creators they do not follow, we use your account ID.
Premium subscribers are never tracked. Basic users viewing content from creators they follow are also not tracked. This data is used solely to operate our freemium service and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
• Account data — Until you delete your account
• Recorded streams (Free plan) — 7 days
• Recorded streams (Premium plan) — 60 days
• Analytics data — Anonymized, retained for service improvement
Our servers are located in Europe. Your data is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR requirements. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless necessary for service provision (e.g., Stripe payment processing) and with appropriate safeguards in place.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We only share data with:
• Freemius — For payment processing and subscription management (if you subscribe)
We do not use third-party advertising networks or sell your personal information.
We use only essential cookies necessary for the website to function properly:
• Session cookies — To keep you logged in
• Preference cookies — To remember your settings
• Access control cookies — To enforce viewing limits for free users
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The access control cookie is strictly necessary to operate our freemium service.

Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To delete your account, go to Settings then Delete Account.
Once deleted, all your data is permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
